In 2003, the Republic of Serbia, the socio-economic development trends and Montenegro was characterized the Goverment positive role To implement reforms to strengthen the transition process.

The current state of the global economy, particularly the European Union can not be expected until the end of 2004, the growth rate in the global economy.

Finally, we can conclude, Serbia and Montenegro will try to as soon as possible as possible. In despite our best wishes to integrate into the global economy, it seems to be fast, our expectations are very unrealistic. After a long stagnation, wars, low economic growth rate, high inflation (In 1993.it is the highest in the world).

Unemployment and low per capita income, the path of integration will be long and difficult process.Knowing, our government will strive to make this process shorther structural changes in the national economy and transition strides toward the structure of the developed economies and performance as our standard of living rose as a standard fast it is possible to make progress. The first results has not yet obvious.
